Crouse HelpPeople

HelpPeople is OCO's Employee Assistance Program provider.

OCO values you, not only as an employee, but also as an individual!  HelpPeople recognizes that on one goes through life without problems.  Many times you're able to resolve them on your own, while other problems may require specialized assistance.  HelpPeople can help you with such problems as:

  • Marriage and family issues
  • Emotional problems
  • Alcohol and substance abuse
  • Grief & Loss
  • Stress Management
  • Multigenerational issues
  • Many others!

HelpPeople provides confidential assessment, short term counseling, and phone consultation to help employees and their family members (anyone living in your household) in identifying, thinking through and resolving personal problems, no matter how unique and different they may appear.  Your right to privacy is one of the crucial aspects of this program.

To arrange an appointment, call 470-7447, weekdays, from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.  A 24-hour answering service is available during non-office hours to provide immediate emergency referrals.
