OCO's overflow
parking lot offers wellness opportunities! Parking at 239 Oneida Street is limited and competitive. Recently, OCO purchased an overflow lot, across from the Fulton Typewriter store (one block from the Main Office). Employees now have a new option for increasing the amount of physical activity that we get during the day. That extra block of walking is so good for your heart (Physical Wellness)! The short walk gives you an opportunity to prepare yourself for the business ahead, and to discharge the stresses of the day, as you make your way back to your car (Emotional Wellness). Carpooling is a great way to save spaces in the parking lot; stimulate social wellness; and it's great for the environment (Environmental Wellness). If you are carpooling and/or parking in the overflow lot, be sure to take credit for it on your Wellness Activity Report :)

Recycle for OCO Programs OCO participates in a toner and ink cartridge recycling fundraising program. Send your used toner and ink cartridges (sealed in a box or ziplock bag) to Back Street Books & Bistro. Ann and the book store staff will do the rest! OCO gets a refund for most of the units we return to the recycling center. Do not use the return labels that came with your printer. Those labels send the units back to the manufacturer . . . and OCO misses out on the refund money. (That's wasteful!) Contact Ann Clark: 598-5669 for more information.
