Welcome to OCO's Wellness Site!
What is Wellness?
Wellness is an active process that allows people to make
positive choices in creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As
individuals, employees will assume personal responsibility for good physical and
mental health. As an agency, we will provide the resources and support
needed to enable employees to improve their quality of life and the lives of
their families.

Did you know that OCO Wellness Works reviews data from your employee
performance appraisals, and designs our programming to help you to meet your
goals?
I receive a copy of the two pages that you fill out for your performance appraisals. I don't know whose appraisal I'm looking at (unless you wrote your name on it somewhere). I keep track of the goals that employees are working on, and bring information about trends that I see to the Wellness Works meetings. As you'll see when you review the report below, the reports that I share do not identify employees by name. Click here to see the 2011 data that we'll be using to plan activities for 2012! Click here for a look at the Dimensions of Wellness that employees are most interested in working on for the coming year. |
