Get Fit on Route 66
http://aarp.getfitonroute66.com/ Here's a fun way to track your physical activity.  All physical activities count!  (Walking, gardening, shoveling snow . . . you name it!).  Log your minutes of activity each day (up to 90 minutes per day), and click "My Route 66" to see how far you've traveled along historic Route 66.  Learn interesting facts about each town you drive through.  Young and old will enjoy this application.

National Diabetes Education Program

 - Resources for people at risk for or diagnosed with diabetes.  Type 2 Diabetes is preventable and can be turned around if you're already diagnosed with it.  Site visitors can find a wealth of information regarding diabetes management and receive support for behavior change.
