The Chemical Dependence Program is a residential program consisting of the Arbor House Community Residence and the Supportive Living Program. It is certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services. The Program strives to provide a supervised, safe and substance-free environment for individuals recovering from the effects of a substance dependence or abuse condition.
Arbor House is a chemical dependence community residence established in 1987. It offers twenty-four hour, seven days per week supervision for sixteen adults in a home-like environment located in a rural setting a few miles west of the City of Oswego. The Supportive Living Program is a chemical dependence residential service established in 1993. It provides support, assistance, and guidance to twelve persons residing in six apartments located in a large apartment complex on the east side of the City of Oswego. Individuals in both the Arbor House and the Supportive Living Program receive chemical dependence treatment services at the community-based outpatient treatment agencies. Residents are also introduced to local support groups and other available community resources. For more information please contact: 315-564-5506 or View Brochure
