Each year OCO touches the lives of nearly 30,000 consumers.  Through our human service programs, we help our consumers become more self-reliant and achieve their goals.  Our goal is to make our communities a better place for all to live, work and play.

We hope that as a resident of Oswego County that you never have to use our services, but if you do, rest assured that OCO will be there to help in a confidential, caring and compassionate manner.
