OCO is the Community Action Agency for Oswego County.

OCO serves nearly 28,000 people each year.                                          

OCO provides human services to thousands of individuals in Oswego County.  OCO provides quality medical, education, nutrition, residential, transportation and counseling services to those who need them.

You may have heard about one or more of our programs:  Discovery Day Care, Head Start, Universal Pre-K, Senior Nutrition, Meals on Wheels, Primary Health  Care at our Fulton and Oswego Health Centers, the OCO buses providing Transportation, or our residential facilities for individuals with mental illness.  We have many other programs that you may not be as familiar with such as Youth Services or Homeless Intervention.  Visit our Program Services page to find out more about Oswego County Opportunities!
