SERVICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Mission Statement:  The Mental Hygiene Division strives to be a leading provider of community based support services to persons with alcohol/chemical dependencies, persons with mental retardation/developmental disabilities, and persons who are diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness.

Dedicated to respecting consumer choice, the division recognizes the need for programs which address independence, integration and productivity

Programs

Case Management - assists youth at risk and their families to access necessary services in accordance with an individual goal and service plan.

MR/DD Program - provides services to adults with a developmental disability in a variety of residential settings.

Chemical Dependence - provides a structured, home-like setting for adults diagnosed as chemically dependent.

Mental Health - provides housing and rehabilitative services to adults with a psychiatric diagnosis in a variety of residential settings.
