Oswego County Opportunities builds Champlain Commons affordable housing complex in Scriba

Construction is under way for a 56-unit affordable family rental housing project on City Line Road in Scriba. Seventeen of the units will be for supportive housing. The project will contain a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. The complex is slated to open in late summer / early fall 2019. At right are project updates, immediately below is a drawing of the site layout.
