COACH: Oswego County Coalition to End Homelessness

 COACH stands for County of Oswego Advocates Challenging Homelessness

The mission of this organization

The Mission of COACH is to end homelessness in Oswego County by developing and implementing an effective plan for intervening and ending homelessness. The three major duties of COACH is to operate the Continuum of Care, designate an HMIS for the Continuum of Care, and plan for the Continuum of Care.

Membership

Membership in COACH includes agencies and individuals including nonprofit homeless providers, victim service providers, faith-based organizations, governments, businesses, advocates, public housing agencies, school districts, social service providers, mental health agencies, hospitals, universities, affordable housing developers, law enforcement, organizations that serve homeless and formerly homeless veterans, and homeless and formerly homeless persons and anyone else committed to ending homelessness.
