$55 for 55 Years Providing Opportunities for All
You Have the Power. Make A Difference
In 1964, the Congress of the United States pased the Econonomic Opportunity Act for the purpose of "eliminating the paradox of poverty in the midst of plenty". As a result, Community Action Agencies were being formed across the nation as a local mechanism to address and end poverty. OCO was incorporated in as a not-for-profit human services agency on March 15, 1966, as a result of President Lydon B. Johnson's Econonomic Opportunity Program. OCO is proud to have community partners like you who have helped us to continue to provide Opportunities for All for the past 55 years! Thank you!
Yes, I want to support OCO's commitment to promoting self-sufficiency in our community.
