The Greater Syracuse Association of REALTORS® has been supporting the Program to Assist the Teenage Homeless (PATH) for over 25 years. During that time, members of the GSAR have donated over $100,000 to help support the needs of runaway and homeless youth in OCO’s PATH.
The PATH is a transitional living program for homeless young people ages 16 – 21 that provides the opportunity to learn independent living skills, complete educational goals and to become a responsible member of the community. The PATH has provided services to youth since 1991.

In 2020, Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. worked with 727 youth under the age of 24 that were homeless or on the verge of homelessness and provided 4,904 nights of shelter. While the current COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically impacted the lives of every person in our community, the homeless are particularly vulnerable. OCO is doing all in our power to ensure that our neighbors without homes get the help and protection they need during this terrible crisis. Shelter is an essential for life, not a luxury. Your donation is a gift of hope and truly makes a difference!
