OCO Literacy Volunteers provides one-to-one tutoring for adults seeking assistance in reading and math (below 9th grade reading level) through personal learning plans. Students and tutors meet in public places in Oswego County to achieve success at a pace that works for the student. Our tutors help with reading and math content for students who want to gain employment, improve their employment or pass the GED or high school equivalency exam.  

We also provide adult’s English language tutoring for those in which English is not their primary language.
