The Center is operated by Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. (OCO), a private, non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
The Center at Fulton is located at 522 South Fourth Street, Suite 500, in Fulton, New York.

Sliding Fee
OCO offers a Sliding Fee Program that allows us to adjust your charges for medical services based on your income. We have an onsite enroller for Family Planning Benefit Program.
