Our Transportation Services Include…

OPT – (Oswego County Public Transit)  – Public Fixed Route Deviation:

Open to the public, operates on a schedule of daily bus runs from various points in the rural community.  24 hours in advance request for route deviation up to 3/4-mile, same day route deviation may be permitted.  This service connects with Centro bus services.

On-Demand Ride Service
Serves the remainder of Oswego County beyond the OPT Fixed Route bus lines.

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
Transportation to and from medical appointments for individuals deemed eligible under Oswego County’s Medicaid Program.

ACCESS Oswego is a curb to curb transportation service for the general public, elderly and persons with special needs in Oswego County. Service is only available when other public transportation is not readily available in your area. This service can be used for medical, social or personal business.

Medicaid Transportation
OCO is a certified provider of Medicaid transportation. When you call the regional coordination office (1-855-733-9395) to schedule your Medicaid transport, be sure to ask for Oswego County Opportunities to provide your ride.
