Become an OCO Board Member – Apply Today!

Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. (OCO) is an anti-poverty agency that works with our community to improve the quality of life for all. The OCO Board of Directors is seeking individuals who care about their community and those we serve. All are welcome to apply to become an OCO Board Member. The Board encourages the following individuals to apply:

  • Those who have faced poverty and its effects
  • Those with first-hand experience with developmental disabilities
  • Young adults
  • Current or former Head Start parent
  • Those with legal expertise

OCO Board Members are volunteers who live or work in Oswego County, and are at least 18 years of age. Board Members are eligible for the following:

  • Virtual Meeting option available
  • Mileage reimbursement to and from meetings or training
  • Child/adult day care stipend available during meetings
  • Training Opportunites
  • Technology Support
