Oswego, NY, July 22, 2026 – Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) has submitted plans to the New York State Department of Health regarding the proposed closure of its Centers for Reproductive Health locations in Oswego and Fulton. As part of the New York State Article 28 closure process, OCO will hold a public meeting to provide information regarding the proposed closure and receive comments from community members and stakeholders.
